In honor of Earth day first grade spent time learning about recycling and how to care for the Earth. They took some boxes and bottles to create a town called “Recycle Town”.

Tired of our endless winter, these 4th-graders needed a sign of spring, so they made their own by working together on this bright and colorful poster!

Mr. Schafer – Nominated by Kiley Hill
I am nominating Mr. Schafer because he makes Econ/psych easy for everyone. He’s very laid back and easy going. He’s also very good at helping with any questions by guiding you to understand any and all questions you may have about assignments.
Rowan Hendrickson – Nominated by Mrs. Rolle (not pictured)
I nominate Rowan Hendrickson for student of the week. Rowan is a wonderful student, always getting her work in a timely manner and making sure to put extra detail into all her projects. She has been working so hard to rock her part as Mrs. Scarlet in the upcoming play Clue! She is a role model, friend, and shows all the things that Bluestreak Pride is. Great job Rowan!
Lillian Robison – Nominated by Mr. Freitas
Lilly has grown by leaps and bounds musically this year, and she is emerging as one of the leaders in the band. Keep up the good work Lilly!
Johnathen Erickson – Nominated by Mr. Quirk
I nominate Johnathen for his honesty and strength of character. He found and turned in a valuable item that was lost by another student. Way to show Bluestreak Pride!

More Creative Circuitry from the Science Lab
https://youtube.com/shorts/nR-mD96bK78

This week in Pre-K 4 we discovered things that “ wiggle and squirm!”
We looked at a real snake shed, played a game to add balls to the wiggle worms legs, while they are moving ! We made and measured a 28 foot a paper chain “ANACONDA” 🐍 We also watched how worms move and got to touch a worm, if they wanted!

Creative Circuitry. . . Science Lab at Work! How amazing is this!
