Chisholm High School Students and Staff of the Week:
Miss Lampton – Nominated by Ruby Steinberg
I nominate Miss Lampton because she is sweet and kind. She always makes sure we are having fun and we're comfortable. She always plays us our recommended songs and has fun conversations. She works very hard, and I really appreciate her.
Wyatt Franzen – Nominated by Mr. Lewis
Wyatt has done a tremendous job of completing his assignments and taking pride in the quality of work he has put into them. He also shows care and compassion for his fellow students and the school staff.
Blake Franks – Nominated by Mr. Backstrom
Blake has been one of my most responsible students during third quarter. He has been turning in all of his work and helping me by reminding other students to return my pencils. Thanks Blake and finish the quarter Strong. You're my boy Blake.

Final Reminder to all Spring Track Athletes and Softball Players
Your practices start tomorrow (Monday) after school. 6th graders can sign up to play all sports at this time!
Please make sure that you get online tonight and get your paperwork completed and fees paid up. You will not be allowed to practice if these are not completed.
You can bring any paperwork and fees to AD Vake tomorrow in school if you are planning to register that way.
If you have previously played a sport, you just need to go online and pay your fee or send money to AD Vake tomorrow. If you are at your family cap, you still need to register for the proper sports by tomorrow as well.
Thanks!
AD Vake

We learned about dental health and hygiene this week in our SR-3 Day class. We set up a “Dental Office” in our classroom. Dr. Jenny Enich and her assistant Megan came to visit our class and talk to the kids about the importance of brushing their teeth!

7th and 8th grade students are invited to participate in the Chisholm Targeted Services Program. This program has been developed to benefit 7 th & 8 th grade students who may be in need of assistance with math, reading, study skills, and organizational skills. Priority will be given to students that have qualified for Title I services in the past, and students that were not proficient on the MCA Assessments.
Our goal is to provide students with the skills necessary to succeed in school. Each student will have an individual plan to expand his/her strengths and improve weaker skill areas. This after-school program is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:20-4:00 p.m.
Once registered, students are expected to attend daily. Though students will spend some time on homework assignments from their school day, this is not a drop-in “homework help”. Attendance is taken and regular daily attendance is expected. Students meet in the Chisholm High School, Room 207.
Please note, we do not provide separate transportation home for students attending Targeted Services. Parent/Guardian consent is necessary.

Our SR-3-Day really enjoyed participating in Pajama Day!

Students entering 9th-12th grade next year who are interested in healthcare, please check out the Scrubs Camp flyer!
