We are excited that you have chosen to enroll at the Vaughan Steffensrud School.

Entering Kindergarten/Early Childhood Screening you will need:

1. Age verification documentation. Documentation may include a passport, a hospital birth record or physician's certificate, a baptismal or religious certificate, an adoption record, health records, immunization records, immigration records, previously verified school records, early childhood screening records, Minnesota Immunization Information Connection records, or an affidavit from a parent.

2. Copy of all immunizations.

3. Completed registration forms

If you bring the originals in to the office, we will gladly photo copy these for you.

Entering Grades 1-3 you will need:

1. Completed registration forms

2. A copy of your child's last report card.

3. If you child has special needs, bring in a copy of his/her current IEP.
